Alpine HomeScapes begins the conversation by asking you to consider if your project falls into one (or more) of the following categories:
Curb Appeal
Spruce up your property without the commitment of a full-scale landscape renovation. Services are offered on an a la carte basis and include property cleanup (mowing, power washing, debris and leaf removal, minor shrub pruning), mulch refreshing, small planting projects, reseeding, decorative pots, planters and annual flower plantings. Design time is not required for Curb Appeal.
Xeriscape
Eco-friendly, focusing on environmental stewardship. Utilizes a native, low-water requirement plant palette and locally-sourced and/or recycled mulches and boulders. Minimal irrigation requirements. Minimal design requirements. This is typically the most budget-friendly option.
Colorado Classic
Most versatile and most commonly-selected package – utilizes typical varieties and sizes of plant material, standard mulches, standard irrigation components, basic lighting components, steppers and simple patios, modular retaining walls, timber walls. Design is required.
Premium
Select from upgraded plant sizes, smart controllers, rain/freeze sensors, container plantings, more complex patios, high-end lighting. Design is required. One-year maintenance and warranty is included as a separate, optional line item.
Signature
Complex, premium, high-end projects that require extensive planning and design, partnering with other trades and subcontractors – decks, pergolas, concrete, masonry, outdoor kitchens, gas firepits. One-year maintenance and warranty included as a separate, optional line item.
Design Only
Services offered include landscape design, renderings, 3D models. Designs are quoted on a job-specific basis. Payment terms are 50% down, 25% at completion of site survey, and 25% at design completion. If you select us to install your project, design fees will be credited to your estimate.
